ITC Issues Broad Import Ban on Infringing Exercise Equipment

WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has concluded an investigation by issuing exclusion orders against imported exercise equipment. The action, which terminates a multi-month inquiry, will ban the importation of products found to infringe on several patents held by Balanced Body Inc., of Sacramento, California.
