WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is moving forward with its review of a proposed 4.5-megawatt hydroelectric project on the James River. The plan submitted by Scott's Mill Hydro LLC calls for the construction and operation of a power-generating facility in Amherst and Bedford Counties, Virginia.
