Ky. PSC: Salt River Electric Named Defendant in Complaint

WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 (TNSDok) -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has issued an order (Case No. 2025-00130) notifying Salt River Electric Cooperative Corp., Bardstown, Kentucky, that it has been named as a defendant in a complaint. The complaint, filed on April 21, 2025, by Jennifer Lee Hawks Meffert, initiates a case titled "Jennifer Lee Hawks Meffert V. Salt River Electric Cooperative Corporation".

According to the order, Salt River Electric has ten days . . .
