WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve an update to Colorado's air quality plan that would streamline motor vehicle emissions inspections in the Denver metro area. The revision, submitted by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), modifies the state's inspection and maintenance (I/M) program.
