WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission is examining a complaint brought by JUUL Labs Inc. against rivals NJOY LLC and Altria Group. The complaint alleges violations of U.S. trade law regarding the importation and sale of certain vaporizer devices, cartridges, and their parts. JUUL Labs is seeking remedial orders, including a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, that would prevent the accused companies from selling the products in the United States.
