WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has finalized an amendment to its regulations by rescinding an expired provision. This administrative adjustment removes a section of the Code of Federal Regulations that referenced a one-year grace period for the release of reprocessed geophysical data, a period that concluded in 2010.
