Labor Department Rescinds Benefits Rule After Public Outcry

WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Employee Benefits Security Administration has withdrawn its direct final rule regarding employee benefits, which was originally issued on July 1, 2025, to take effect without a traditional public comment period.
