OLYMPIA, Washington, Aug. 12 -- The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, Olympia, has issued an order (Docket No. UE-250311) requiring PacifiCorp dba Pacific Power and Light Co., Portland, Oregon, to amend its Low-Income Bill Assistance program.
