DOT: Highway 101 Safety Upgrades Between Chualar, Salinas

WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 (TNSFR) -- In a move to improve safety on U.S. Route 101, the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration acting on behalf of California Department of Transportation has announced a highway project that will alter road features between Chualar and Salinas. The project includes modifications to an interchange and the removal of several median openings along the main stretch of highway.
