WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission has put into effect a rule aimed at strengthening the security and integrity of telecommunications certification bodies and testing facilities.
The directive requires all such entities to provide a statement to the commission attesting they are not owned, managed, or directed by a "prohibited entity."
