WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission, Frankfort, has denied a motion from the Retail Energy Supply Association seeking to reconsider its exclusion from a case involving East Kentucky Power Cooperative Inc., Winchester. The Commission's order (Case No. 2025-00140), issued on July 17, 2025, upholds a previous decision to deny Retail Energy Supply Association intervention in the matter of East Kentucky Power Cooperative's filing of a tariff for data center power.
