WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Indian and Insular Affairs released the following testimony by Robert F. Mujica Jr., board executive director of Puerto Rico Financial Oversight and Management, from a July 16, 2025, hearing entitled "Puerto Rico's Fiscal Recovery Under PROMESA and the Road Ahead." PROMESA is the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management and Economic Stability Act of 2016.
