ITA Considers Fruit Exporter Certificate Change

WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has received a request to modify an Export Trade Certificate of Review held by Northwest Fruit Exporters. This certificate offers holders and their members protection from antitrust actions for export activities that comply with its terms. The application, which was deemed submitted on July 25th, proposes a change in the product scope for one of the members, Pine Canyon Growers LLC.
