WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSLrpt) -- A new report from the U.S. Geological Survey, prepared in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, documents the methods used to monitor the threatened Clear Lake Hitch in Clear Lake, California. The report, "Gillnet Sampling Methods for Monitoring Status and Trends of Clear Lake Hitch in Clear Lake, Lake County, California," is an Open-File Report (2025-1018) and was authored by Frederick Feyrer and a team of researchers.
