WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced updated physical inspection standards for the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) program. The changes, outlined in a notice, serve as a complementary document to the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) rule, which established a revised method for evaluating housing quality.
