WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Appearing on Harlem Network News, Mayor Eric Adams outlined his administration's work, particularly for Black and brown New Yorkers. He stated at an interview on Aug. 3, 2025, that Black unemployment has dropped by 30% and that the city has secured $19 billion in M/WBE contracts.
