WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing to reinstate limitations on abortion and abortion counseling services for veterans and their families. This proposal would reverse a policy instituted in 2022 that expanded access to these services within the VA's medical benefits package and the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA).
