BLM: Land Lease in North Dakota Set for Revival With Stiffer Terms

WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management is considering the revival of an oil and gas lease in Williams County, North Dakota. The lease, designated as NDMT105396602 (NDM 105578), had been terminated, but two firms, Sapazi Holdings LLC and TDB Resources LP, have petitioned for its renewal. The request included all payments due from September 1, 2021, when the lease expired.
