WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration has withdrawn its plans for a high-speed superconducting magnetic levitation (SCMAGLEV) train line connecting Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
