WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (TNSFR) -- The Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has revised its regulations to extend the validity of an approved permit to drill (APD) from three to four years. The change, which takes effect on September 30, aligns with the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" (OBBB) that was enacted on July 4.
