WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Maritime Commission is reviewing a complaint filed by Way2Go Cargo Corp. against Oak Way Cargo, LLC, following allegations of unauthorized use of a federal license. According to a notice from the FMC, Way2Go Cargo, a Florida-based corporation, claims that Miami-based Oak Way Cargo misused its FMC-issued license and credentials. The complaint also alleges that Oak Way Cargo diverted Way2Go Cargo's revenue into accounts that Way2Go could not access.
