WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- Acting on a direct order from the White House, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announced it is rescinding a recent plan to expand protected lands within the 23-million-acre National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A).
