WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The National Park Service has issued a notice indicating that the University of California, Berkeley intends to repatriate certain cultural items classified as objects of cultural patrimony. These items have a cultural affiliation with specific Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations as detailed in this notice. Repatriation of these cultural items may occur on or after August 29, 2025.
