WASHINGTON, July 18 -- The New York Public Service Commission, Albany, is seeking public input on requests from New York State Electric & Gas Corp., Binghamton, to waive certain application filing rules for its proposed transmission line rebuild in Franklin County. The project involves rebuilding and replacing an approximately 11.1-mile, 115-kilovolt power line running from the Town of Malone to the Town of Chateaugay.
