WASHINGTON, July 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration has issued a proposed rule (No. FDA-2025-N-1184) entitled "Revocation of Food Standards for 11 Products Not Currently Sold."
The proposed rule aims to remove food standards for 11 products that are no longer available for sale in the U.S. This action is based on the agency's conclusion that these standards are no longer necessary to promote fairness and honesty . . .
