Environmental Advocates Petitions EPA for Permit Objection for Valero Refining-Texas

WASHINGTON, July 16 (TNSFR) -- Texas Environmental Justice Advocacy Services, Caring for Pasadena Communities, Lone Star Chapter of the Sierra Club and Environmental Integrity Project petitioned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding an operating permit issued to Valero Refining-Texas, L.P. The petition requested the parent agency object to a Clean Air Act operating permit for Valero's Houston Refinery in Harris County, Texas.
