WASHINGTON, July 16 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission, Raleigh, has scheduled a hearing to review application (Docket No. E-2, Sub 1355) for approval of "Competitive Procurement of Renewable Energy" cost recovery rider of Duke Energy Progress LLC, Raleigh, North Carolina.
