WASHINGTON, July 14 (TNSFR) -- An International Trade Commission investigation has begun after IngenioSpec LLC of San Jose, California, filed a complaint alleging that imported electronic eyewear products and their components infringe upon its intellectual property. The complaint seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against the named companies.
