N.Y. PSC: Rochester Gas & Electric Delays Pole Attachment Rate Adjustment to September

WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Rochester Gas and Electric Corp., New York, has received approval for an additional postponement of its electric tariff schedule (P.S.C. No. 19), which aims to update pole attachment rates for various communication carriers. The effective date for these changes has been pushed back to Sept. 1, 2025, according to an order (S.P.O. 24-E-0715SP, Case 24-E-0715) issued and effective July 8, 2025.
