WASHINGTON, June 29 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:

MIAMI -- Isidro Perez, a 75-year-old citizen of Cuba in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, was pronounced deceased by the HCA Kendall Florida Hospital June 26 at 8:42 p.m. The cause of death is still under investigation.
