MEMPHIS, Tenn.-- Following FedEx's fiscal year 2025 earnings call, FedEx pilots, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, Int'l (ALPA), expressed concerns over operational risk posed by an outdated pilot agreement, lack of employee engagement and strategic misalignments with growth opportunities.
