WASHINGTON, June 21 - Walmart, Bentonville, Arkansas, announced it has reached a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission to resolve a lawsuit regarding its money transfer agent services and anti-fraud program. The agreement, approved by the FTC and pending District Court approval in the Northern District of Illinois, requires Walmart to pay $10 million and continue its efforts to prevent fraud-induced money transfers.
