LINCOLN, NEBRASKA - Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood is encouraging First District Nebraskans aged 13 1/2 to 23 to apply for the Congressional Award program. Each June, gold medal recipients are invited to Washington, D.C. for an award ceremony and reception.
