WASHINGTON, June 19 (TNSLrpt) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following document on June 18, 2025, from Economics Daily:

Consumer prices rose 2.4 percent over the last year; food prices up 2.9 percent

The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 2.4 percent for the 12 months ending May 2025, after rising 2.3 percent over the year ended in April.
