WASHINGTON, June 18 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission has scheduled public hearings regarding an application by Pluris Hampstead LLC, Wilmington, North Carolina, to provide wastewater utility service to Pet Health of Hampstead in Pender County, North Carolina (Docket No. W-1305, Sub 46). The company is also seeking approval of its proposed rates.
