WASHINGTON, June 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule (40 CFR Part 60; Docket ID: EPA-HQ-OAR-2025-0124) entitled "Repeal of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards for Fossil Fuel-Fired Electric Generating Units." This action proposes to repeal all greenhouse gas emissions standards for fossil fuel-fired power plants.
