Environmental Protection Agency Issues Final Rule on Hazardous Waste Management System

WASHINGTON, June 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule (40 CFR Part 261; Docket No. EPA-R06-RCRA-2022-0653) entitled "Hazardous Waste Management System; Identification and Listing of Hazardous Waste; Final Rule." This action grants a petition from WRB Refining in Borger, Texas, to exclude 7,000 cubic yards of F037 petroleum refinery sludge solids from classification as hazardous waste for a one-time delisting.
