WASHINGTON, June 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has issued a notice entitled "Slag Pots From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value." This determination preliminarily finds that slag pots from China are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period under investigation spanned Apr. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2024.
