N.Y. PSC: National Grid Property Transfer Approved With Environmental Clearance

WASHINGTON, June 13 -- The New York Public Service Commission has authorized Niagara Mohawk Power Corp., operating as National Grid, Syracuse, New York, to transfer its property interests in three hydroelectric facilities without requiring an environmental impact statement. This decision, issued on June 13, 2025, pertains to the Diamond Island Hydroelectric Facility, the Theresa Hydroelectric Facility, and the Alpina Dam (CASE 25-E-0046).
