WASHINGTON, June 12 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission has approved funding requests for the Efficiency Maine Trust, allocating electric procurement and natural gas assessment funds for fiscal year 2026 of the Trust's Sixth Triennial Plan. The approval, issued on June 11, 2025, in an Order titled "Procurement of Electric Resources and Assessment for Natural Gas Resources for Sixth Triennial Plan FY 2026-2028", includes a request to carry forward unspent funds from FY 2025.
