FCC Upholds Dismissal of Lilith FM Low Power FM Application

WASHINGTON, June 11 -- The Federal Communications Commission has upheld the Media Bureau's dismissal of an application from Lilith FM Inc. for a low power FM station in Daytona Beach, Florida. The decision, released on June 10, 2025, affirms the Bureau's initial finding that the applicant did not demonstrate it was a recognized nonprofit educational organization under Florida state law at the time its application was filed.
