WASHINGTON, June 10 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is initiating an information collection effort and announcing its plan to submit a revision to the Office of Management and Budget for the "National Consumer Complaint Database." The NCCDB is an online interface that allows consumers, drivers, and others to file complaints against unsafe or unscrupulous companies and their employees in the motor carrier industry.
