WASHINGTON, June 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued its determinations in investigations concerning alkyl phosphate esters from China, concluding that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of these imports. This finding applies to imports that the U.S. Department of Commerce found to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and those found to be subsidized by the government of China.
