Labor Department Seeks Public Input on Information Collection for Disclosure of Medical Evidence

WASHINGTON, June 9 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of Labor is announcing an information collection effort and inviting public comment. This notice concerns an Office of Workers' Compensation Programs-sponsored information collection request for "Disclosure of Medical Evidence." The DOL is submitting this request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
