WASHINGTON, June 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of the Secretary has issued a waiver to expedite the construction of border barriers and roads in New Mexico. This determination is made pursuant to Section 102 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 as amended.
