WASHINGTON, June 8 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration is amending class D airspace in Jupiter, Florida, to enhance the safety and management of instrument flight rules operations at William P. Gwinn Airport.
This final rule modifies the class D airspace extending upward from the surface to and including 2,500 feet mean sea level within a 4.5-mile radius of the airport.
