WASHINGTON, June 7 -- Achim Steiner, administrator for the United Nations Development Programme, issued a statement from New York expressing profound sadness and condemnation following the killing of UNDP colleague Ramzi Khader, his wife, six children, and other family members in an Israeli airstrike on their Jabalia home in northern Gaza.
