WASHINGTON, June 7 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury has issued a request for information to gather public input on implementing an executive order (No. 14247), titled "Modernizing Payments to and From America's Bank Account." This RFI seeks feedback to inform Treasury's efforts to transition all federal disbursements to electronic payments where feasible and to develop a public awareness campaign, particularly for unbanked and underbanked populations.
