WASHINGTON, June 6 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has initiated preliminary anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations into imports of L-lysine from China. This action follows petitions alleging that these imports are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and are subsidized by the Chinese government, causing or threatening material injury to the domestic industry.
