Name of Product: BowFlex 552, 52.5 LB Adjustable Dumbbells and BowFlex 1090, 90 LB Adjustable Dumbbells

Hazard: The weight plates can dislodge from the handle during use, posing an impact hazard.

Remedy: Refund/Replace
